I suffered from severe postnatal issues and after trying conventional therapies, was left in excruciating pain, reliant on painkillers and crutches to get through each day. Over the course of two years, I lost all hope and fell into despair. I looked for practitioners to help me, and that’s when I discovered Bowen Therapy.
Inspired by my recovery, I trained for the Diploma of Proficiency in the Bowen Therapeutic Technique with the Bowen Association UK (in London) and the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia. I then completed the Level Three Certificate in Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathology, and within three years, I qualified as a Bowen Therapist in 2013.
My client-centred and integrated natural holistic approach means every person who visits my clinic receives the care they need, when they need it, and in the way best suited to their needs. Throughout the treatment journey, I monitor my clients’ mental, neurological, and physical wellbeing and work with other specialists to provide dedicated care.
I treat people from my clinic in Southam, Warwickshire. Many clients travel from as far as London, Northampton, Banbury, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Coventry, Birmingham, and Rugby.
I have experienced first-hand the positive impact Bowen Therapy can have on people’s lives and dedicate my time to helping my clients and raising awareness. I also speak at Health and Wellness events on the importance of a natural, holistic and integrated approach to patients’ wellbeing.
