BIIAB Personal Licence at Saracen Solutions

A personal licence is a necessary requirement for anyone approved to sell alcohol from licensed premises i.e. public houses, retail outlets, hotels, restaurants, sports clubs etc.

Applicants must be aged 18 years or over, and hold a licensing qualification.

The qualification is to ensure that all personal licence holders are aware of the licensing laws and their legal and social responsibilities in the sale of alcohol.

The Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH) has been specifically designed to meet the statutory requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 and has been accredited by the Home Secretary.
